Privacy Policy

The first time you open the App it creates an anonymous account for you. We store a random account ID, the display name and avatar color you choose and, if you add one, your profile photo. We do not ask for your email, phone number, contacts or location. A session key is kept in your device’s Keychain so your art comes back after reinstalling.

When you first open the App we ask a few optional questions: your gender, birth year and what you like to color. We store your answers with your account only to personalize the App (for example which pages we suggest). They are never shown to other users and never used for advertising.

Pages you color are saved to our servers so you can continue on another session: your brush strokes, the finished image, pages you favorite and pages you create with AI.

In a room, your strokes, finger position and display name are shared live with the people in that room. Room drawings are kept for 24 hours after the room goes quiet. Rooms are joined with a code you choose to share.

If you publish an artwork, other users can see it with your display name and photo, like it, comment on it and follow you. Comments you write are public in the same way. You can delete your posts and comments at any time. Reports you send, and reports about content, are reviewed by our team.

When you make a page with AI, your description or photo is sent to Google’s Gemini service only to draw the coloring page. We do not keep your original photo; we keep only the line drawing that comes back. The App asks for your consent before the first time. Google processes this data under the Google Privacy Policy.

If you send feedback from Settings → Contact us, we receive your message, the topic, the App version and device model, and your email only if you type it in so we can reply.

Our servers run on Cloudflare. Purchases are handled by Apple; we never see your payment details. The App does not use advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs and does not use the Advertising Identifier.

Colove PRO is an optional auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store. A subscription may start with a free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current period, it renews automatically at the price shown before you subscribe. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings under Subscriptions.

Settings → Delete account removes your account, artworks, AI pages, posts, comments, likes and follows from our servers right away. This cannot be undone.

The App is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has shared personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA) you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. Most of this can be done in the App; for anything else, email us. We do not sell personal information.
