Sorae: Draw Music (“the App”) is made by DAT PHAM VAN, an independent developer. This policy explains what data the App uses and why. The short version: there is no account, your drawings stay on your device, there are no ads, and we never sell your data.

No account
The App does not ask you to sign up or log in. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts or location.

Your drawings
Everything you draw, and the music it makes, is saved only on your device. We do not upload your sketches to any server. If you delete the App, its sketches are deleted with it, unless they are included in your own iCloud or device backup.

Photos
When you choose to save a video or picture, the App asks for permission to add it to your photo library. It only adds the file you exported; it never reads or browses your photos.

Reminders
If you turn on the daily reminder in Settings, the App asks for permission to show notifications. The reminder is scheduled on your device; no data leaves it.

Usage statistics
To understand which features are used and improve the App, it uses Google Firebase Analytics. It collects usage events (for example when a sketch is opened, played or exported, and when the Pro screen is shown or a purchase is made), basic device information (model, iOS version, language, country) and an app-instance identifier. This data is not linked to your identity and is never used for advertising. Google processes it under the Firebase privacy terms.

No ads, no tracking
The App shows no ads, does not track you across other apps or websites and does not use the Advertising Identifier.

Purchases
Sorae Pro is sold through the App Store. Apple handles payment; we never see your payment details. The App only checks with Apple whether you own Pro.

Feedback
If you write to us from Settings, your email app sends the message, so we receive your email address and what you write, plus the App version and device model if you leave them in. We use it only to reply.

Children
The App is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has shared personal information with us, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA) you may have the right to access or delete your personal data. Since your drawings stay on your device, deleting them in the App or deleting the App removes them. For anything else, email us. We do not sell personal information.
